I believe that being an entrepreneur is a lifestyle choice. A choice to succeed by your own hands and have the freedom to be what you want to be, not just what your job description dictates. I started EFS out of frustration with every company I had ever worked for. The issues seemed endless, and the lack of individual identity was draining. I was determined to start a company that I would want to work with. A company designed around the individual. One that enables those who join to define success on their own terms and achieve it in their own way. And most importantly, a company that values freedom above all else.

By design, everyone who works at EFS owns a truck / owner operator. This means that every decision made about or for EFS is made by a team of owner operators with vested interest in the success of our company as well as their own.

Everyone who works here is invested in the company and everyone has skin in the game. No one company is more important than the other and the success of one breed’s success for all.
